Red

Free People dress, Urban Outfitters hat, Frye boots, NARS lip color

Holiday + accompanying sales = trip to Atl. Headed to our favorite spots in the city last weekend to spend this beautiful sunny day shopping, eating, and exploring with the pup. Milly loved the furniture in Free People… they just might have a new model. We also got to stop in the Urban Outfitters on Ponce for their event with the Atlanta Humane Society. Milly loved the pet Photo Booth! They used one of the cameras available in the store to print us out a few snapshots to take with us right then! We brought in a few needed items on AHS's wish list to donate and got to see some of the sweet dogs available to adopt. I truly believe with all my heart that adoption is the best option- but that's a rant for a different day. For more information on adopting, donating, or volunteering, visit their website. We ended the day trying out the newest Bubble Tea stop on the way home. There were so many options… I need to go back at least 10 more times to even figure out the whole menu. Days like this define summer for me. I could live in it forever

#LWT

Free People tee, Urban Outfitters shorts, Stance Socks

Nothing like a beach trip to cure the Winter Blues. And they better be cured once and for all because it's officially SPRING! Time to mix things up. I love Free People's current trend of the Little White Tee. I had never really thought of it that way before, but it's so true! A basic white tee is quite similar to a little black dress: a necessary staple. I think that I am guilty of always trying to incorporate something different, unique, or cool into my outfits when in reality, going basic is sometimes just the right look! I am excited to play around with this trend some more this Spring. Meanwhile, you can check out how girls all over the world are styling their LWTs on Free People's Pinterest board!

My my my, what a city. This December, my mom, sister (<--check this babe out) and I journeyed to the oh-so-adored state of New York just before Christmas. For me, it was my first time in the magical city. And I must say that I couldn't have met this place at a better time. The streets were packed with the most interesting people I could ever imagine, buildings were adorned with incredibly beautiful lights and Christmas decorations, and the rooftops were just ever-so-slighty dusted with a thin sheet of snow. I mean seriously, there is inspiration every direction you look here. And if not inspiration, there is definitely something interesting to observe, guaranteed. We had the absolute best view from our 40th floor, and I loved pushing back the curtains in the morning revealing the amazing scene highlighted by the bright (and somewhat blinding) sun. Blessed by awesome weather, we covered as much turf as possible: Times Square, Rockefeller Plaza, Soho, The Met, Central Park, Battery Park, and even a unintentional surprise pit stop in Brooklyn! And the cherry on top? The last night, I met two of my favorite bloggers at an event showcasing their brand new Modern Vice Croc Jett (which is amaze). Dylana and Natalie, you girls rock! Thanks for such a fun night :)
Thank you, New York (and mom) for such a wonderful experience. I hope to see you soon... and this time in shorts, sandals, and tanned skin.

Be sure to check out Dylana and Natalie Suarez and their undeniably inspirational selves!
